The purpose of storing personal data

Visit Undredal / Experience Undredal AS offers its services to both private individuals and companies, by phone, email and chat. The minimum personal data we need to be able to respond to inquiries is name and email address. In order to provide services to our customers, we create customer profiles, and it is for these customer profiles that we collect personal data. Visit Undredal / Opplev Undredal AS expects every business customer to have obtained consent from their employees to be registered in our systems.

Who is the data controller?

Visit Undredal / Opplev Undredal AS by the general manager is the data controller for the personal data we process in connection with the use of our websites and services, or when you come into contact with us in any other way.

The legal basis for the processing

We have a basis for processing personal data in accordance with section 8 of the Personal Data Act and article 7 of the EU Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC, both because the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill orders and respond to inquiries (section 8 a) of the Personal Data Act and article 7 b) of the Data Protection Directive).

    In order to provide our services, we need basic personal data. In some cases, name and email will be sufficient, in other cases we need more information to be able to assist. This may include address and telephone number.

Personal data submitted via the contact form is stored in our web system. The web system and its servers are located primarily in the United States of America (USA).

Your rights

If Visit Undredal / Opplev Undredal AS processes personal data about you, you have the right to access your own data. If the personal data is incorrect, incomplete or it is not permitted to process it, you can also ask Visit Undredal / Opplev Undredal AS to correct the data.

We delete personal data when a user notifies us that he/she no longer wishes to use the service.
